Not only does this filter provide the ultimate in protecting the motor from fine dust particles, you can breathe easier knowing that you have the protection of HEPA. Furthermore, the Cana-Vac filter does not require maintenance of any kind. That's right, no bags to buy or messy filter changes! Unlike some manufacturers which have a stationary utility valve on their units or do not include a utility valve. Cana-Vac instead supplies a low voltage 24 volt valve. This valve can be used as an additional valve in your home or used in a convenient location away from the central vacuum unit such as by the garage door for convenient outdoor cleanings of the car, boat or RV.
