You can fill out the pdf form and print it, unfortunately you can not save a filled out pdf and email the file unless you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat. This is a text order form that can be copied and pasted into a new message in your email system.

Pay by PayPal.
Fill out form completely and submit.  This will email the data to us.  Then click PayPal.  If you do not have a account with them you will need to create one.  You can set up your PayPal account to pay by credit card or bank account.  Enter the total from your order.


Submit When you Submit this form it is sent by email to us via your default browses default email. ie: Netscape Mail if using Netscape or Outlook if using IE.  If you are on a public terminal or do not have email setup it will not send it and you will have to email the order to west@electrawest.com.

Shipping Information:

Shipping For Continental US and Canada Orders: $50 minimum order. If you are in the San Francisco Bay Area and can pick your order up, please email us with the order we will give you the pick up address, (in Marin County).  For shipping to US find your for zone from this chart.  Shipping and handling charges for are based from Ontario, Canada.   The shipping charges are as follows:

If you are ordering tubing, (including a vacuum system package), there will be an additional charge of $10 for every bundle of tubing for all orders and zones.  (UPS charges an oversize charge for tubing).

All orders are shipped VIA UPS Standard, please no U. S. Post Office Boxes for the shipping address. We accept credit card through PayPal or checks or money orders.  If you use PayPal  you can send or email in the order with your email address.  Then pay with PayPal.

Some orders may arrive in more than one shipment.  Allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Prices may change without notice. Substitutions will be made if an item is no longer available.  If there are any major changes in prices or substitutions,  the customer will be sent or emailed a note for permission.  Any order with errors will be returned for correction.  If a customer does not want any changes without permission, please leave a note with order.
